1. Introduction

Pillar + Cloud provides branding, website design, social media services, digital products, and custom artwork. These Terms govern your use of our website, services, and any project agreements between you and Pillar + Cloud.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a service, booking a consultation, or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

3. Services Provided

Pillar + Cloud offers:
 

  • Website design and development

  • Branding and creative services

  • Social media strategy and management

  • Custom digital and physical wall art

  • Digital downloads and resources

  • Add-on and maintenance services
     

Services may update or expand at any time without notice.

4. Payment & Fees

All services must be paid according to the pricing listed on the website or as agreed upon in writing.
 

  • Payment plans may be available for certain services.

  • All payments are non-refundable due to the custom nature of our work.

  • Work will not begin until the initial payment or deposit has been received.

  • Failure to make agreed-upon payments may result in project delays or termination.
     

5. Project Timeline

Estimated timelines are provided during the onboarding process. Timelines may adjust depending on:
 

  • How quickly the client provides content

  • Revisions requested

  • Unforeseen technical or creative needs
     

Delays caused by the client are not the responsibility of Pillar + Cloud.

6. Client Responsibilities

To complete your project, you agree to provide:
 

  • Website copy and written content

  • Photos, brand materials, or logos as needed

  • Timely feedback and approvals

  • Access to accounts or platforms required for setup
     

Failure to provide required materials may delay the project.

7. Revisions

Each package includes a specified number of revisions.
 

  • Additional revisions outside of what’s included may incur additional fees.

  • Revisions must be requested within the timeframe given during your project.
     

8. Ownership & Usage Rights

After final payment:
 

  • You own the final design files delivered to you.

  • Pillar + Cloud retains the right to display completed work in portfolios, social media, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
     

You may not resell or redistribute any design, digital product, or template without permission.

9. Website Platforms & Access

All websites are created on Wix unless otherwise agreed.
 

  • You will receive access once the final payment is completed.

  • Pillar + Cloud is not responsible for Wix outages, changes, or platform issues.
     

If you choose maintenance services, additional terms may apply.

10. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads:
 

  • All digital product sales are final.

  • Digital files may not be shared, resold, or distributed.
     

11. Communication

All project communication will take place through email, scheduled calls, or agreed-upon platforms.

Please allow up to 48 business hours for responses.

12. Cancellation & Termination

Pillar + Cloud reserves the right to cancel a project if:
 

  • The client is non-responsive for 14 days

  • Payments are not made

  • The project becomes inappropriate, unsafe, or misaligned with our brand values


No refunds will be issued for canceled or terminated projects.

13. Disclaimer

Pillar + Cloud does not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or engagement results. Deliverables are creative and technical services based on the information you provide.

14. Limitation of Liability

Pillar + Cloud is not liable for:

  • Website downtime

  • Hosting or platform issues

  • Loss of data

  • Third-party errors

  • Client misuse of deliverables
     

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

15. Privacy & Data

Any personal information you provide will be used only to deliver services, process payments, and communicate with you. Pillar + Cloud does not sell your data.

16. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
